About Me Image

Personal Trainer
Scott Rogers

Scott has been working in the world of sports and fitness for the last 19 years and is a qualified Physical Education & Sports Scientist, Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Strength & Conditioning Coach and PE Teacher.


He is passionate about supporting others achieve their fitness and athletic goals. Which stems from his own experience as an aspiring athlete in his youth and the profound effect that it had on his life both in and outside of sport.


Scott has experience training people of all ages and fitness levels. Whether teaching Physical Education to grades K-12, to working with adults as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor around the world. He has worked alongside Olympic athletes and members of the general public in one of the UK’s premier National Sports Centres in London. In addition, he has led individualized training and group fitness sessions for aspiring athletes and weekend warriors in Washington DC, Prague and Chicago. Currently living in Egypt, Scott provides personal training for individual clients and provides education and training to Physical Education teachers and Sports Coaches.


Scott is caring and attentive to his client’s needs and combines these with his knowledge and enthusiasm to motivate others to achieve beyond what they can accomplish on their own.
